Can I submit my resume for a position which is not listed on the careers page? Yes. Submit your resume through the Apply Now section irrespective of the current openings as displayed on the site. Based on our profile analysis we'll get back to you with a position that matches your skills. 5. How do I know if you have received my resume via the online response form? On successful completion of your application a window will appear confirming the same. 6. Will I be notified whether I have made it to the next level of the application process? If your skills and qualifications match our requirements then our recruitment team will get in touch with you soon. 7. How long are job postings available on the website? A position is available for viewing on our website until the position has been filled. 8. How long does the recruitment process take? The recruitment process at 123Greetings is designed to match your skills and qualifications to a specific designation. Hence, specifying a time period for the same is not possible. Although our recruitment team is always a call/email away if you would like to know the status of your application. Please note that calls and emails will only be responded to only if you have completed the first round of interview and not on submission of your application. 9. Does 123Greetings conduct reference checks? Yes. Reference checks and verification of work experience and educational credentials form an integral part of the recruitment process at 123Greetings. 10. Is my application confidential? Yes. Your application will be treated with utmost confidentiality. 11. Does 123Greetings provide internship facilities?
